<li>Generate delivery orders and shipping notes for applicable lorry bookings.</li>
<li>Collect documents from customers update records in the DSM system manage containers from the depot to the customer's location and organize the collection of laden containers for transport to the port.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the haulage team regarding container requests.</li>
<li>Initiate orders upon receiving bookings from clients and send the ROT to the haulage team.</li>
<li>Provide the forwarding department with the necessary files to process KK3 after receiving the CIPL from the customer.</li>
<li>Prepare the CIPL for the customer upon receiving the details and send Kto the haulage team.</li>
<li>Send a draft of the SI/AI to the Liner and MITI for the purpose of OBL and AIFTA.</li>
<li>Dispatch hard copies of invoices to customers through courier scanned copies or via the operations clerk.</li>
<li>Oversee billing processes by creating invoices once the associated folders are complete.</li>
</ul>
