<li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales performance targets.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and product updates.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet productivity and financial goals.</li>
