Responsibilities & Authority

• Conduct tele-sales activities to promote the company’s products and services.
• Explain product offerings, promotions, and pre-qualify prospects based on set criteria.
• Perform outbound calls to introduce digital membership services and exclusive online offers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales performance targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and product updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet productivity and financial goals.
• Additional job responsibilities may be assigned upon commencement of employment.

📚 Training

• 1-to-1 training in office
• Duration: 2 weeks to 2 months
• Working hours follow team schedule

Job Requirements

Qualification And Experience:

• ⁠  Candidate must have own transport
• ⁠  ⁠Minimum SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• ⁠  ⁠1-2 years of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
• ⁠  ⁠Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
• ⁠  ⁠Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
• ⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ⁠  ⁠Candidate must have own transport
