Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner across multiple communication channels.
  • Engage with both potential and existing customers to promote services and enhance customer retention.
  • Monitor customer activity levels, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve engagement strategies and overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support onboarding of new customers by providing guidance on products, services, or platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English due to targetted market audiences.
  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse customer groups and building ongoing relationships.
  • Candidates will be required to relocate to the company’s headquarters upon confirmation of employment.
