In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and feedback, while ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to customer queries, including feedback, appointment arrangements, and complaints, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Handle customer support via voice (calls) and professional email communication.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and comprehensive product and service information to customers.</li>
<li>Accurately input customer booking details into the booking system.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful approach to all customer interactions.</li>
