As our People &amp; Culture Associate, you will play an integral role in the building of our enzee team and family. Reporting directly to our CCO, you will work alongside him in creating a passionate and high-performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.
<ins>Main Responsibilities</ins>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for recruitment, interview arrangement, preparing offer letters, internship programs, and onboarding arrangements for new hires.</li>
<li>Responsible for all People-related operations matters including but not limited to implementation and management of HRIS tools, Compensation &amp; Benefits, orientation programs, training programs, IT user requisition for email accounts and IT equipment, etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for People-related administrative record-keeping such as attendance/ leave/medical leave records, insurance/ medical schemes, and employee personnel records, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Initiating, planning, and executing company events or activities regularly for office and retail stores for employee engagement and other Talent Management initiatives.</li>
<li>Office Management: Chief liaison for all office-related matters, decor, stationery, office supplies, pantry, etc.</li>
<li>Oversee general compliance pertaining to all People matters i.e. employment legislation, benefits, wage subsidies, termination, etc.</li>
<li>To carry out other ad-hoc duties or work as and when required.</li>
