JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in managing bids, tenders, and commercial proposals for large-scale projects.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of pricing, risk management, and commercial strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Manage the proposal team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
- Conduct pricing, risk analysis, and profitability assessments for all proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as project management, finance, and procurement to gather necessary proposal information.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company.
- Maintain an updated database of commercial proposals and bid opportunities.
