The Business Development Representative, builds relationships, generates and cultivates leads and sets on-site appointments for outside Sales Team. Responsible for attaining a quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. We seek applicants with a strong work ethic, a bottom-line focus and the desire to grow company revenue to support Philippines &amp; ANZ market growth objectives.&nbsp;What you will be doing:<ul><li>Responds to ‘warm’ inquiries to understand interest in our products via phone, emailing, social media, etc. ‘Warm’ is defined a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign.</li><li>Cultivates net new prospects and builds pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts (identify targets, prepare for prospecting, prospecting, handoff to sales).</li><li>Engages with mid-sized to large businesses and relevant roles (C-Level).</li><li>Assists sales counterpart by delivering qualifying leads and cultivating new prospects to enable them to achieve the company’s revenue objectives.</li><li>Achieves daily, weekly, monthly scorecard metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals.</li><li>Conducts market research to be followed up by the Territory Managers in the field.</li><li>Continuously learns our applications/value proposition/differentiation in order to enhance conversations.</li><li>Responsible for entering data into our customer relationship management software.</li></ul>What you will likely bring:<ul><li>Excellent phone voice, manner, written, and verbal communications skills required</li><li>Ability to field questions from prospects and customers about the company, products, services, implementation</li><li>Leadership experience and a desire to move into future leadership roles</li><li>Preferred telephone sales experience, or solution selling experience in the software industry</li><li>Prior experience cultivating and managing existing leads in a sales pipeline through preliminary sales stages is a plus</li><li>Involvement in attaining quota goals and a proven track record is preferred</li></ul>What could set you apart:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred&nbsp;</li><li>2 years or more of tele sales, outbound sales or inside sales experience.</li><li>2 years or more of experience in related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, auto)</li><li>Tagalog language skills required as supporting Philippines market.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in supporting the ANZ market is a MUST.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing and sales</li><li>ERP experience is a plus&nbsp;</li></ul>#LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID<div>About Epicor&nbsp;</div><div>At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
