Job Summary
Human Resources &amp; Training Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Learning &amp; Development functions, with a key focus on delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, coordinating training activities, managing internship programs, and ensuring HR operations are well-organized and records are accurately maintained, in alignment with regulatory compliance and the company’s strategic goals and direction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Assist with new hire onboarding, including hotel tours, orientation setup, and preparation of welcome kits.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal training sessions and manage logistics (room booking, materials, attendance, certificates).</li>
<li>Maintain training and HR records, trackers, and master lists accurately.</li>
<li>Handle HRD Corp (HRDF) grant applications, claims, and documentation.</li>
<li>Support the internship program: onboarding, hostel monitoring, interns meetings, allowances, and certifications.</li>
<li>Manage administrative tasks such as CTS updates, locker/carpark listings, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Head of Department.</li>
</ul>
