<li>Managing class schedules, room usage, and timetable coordination</li>
<li>Supporting teachers with admin matters (attendance, progress reports, teaching logs)</li>
<li>Communicating with parents regarding classes, schedules, updates, and follow-ups</li>
<li>Ensuring progress reports and required forms are completed accurately and on time</li>
<li>Handling basic administrative tasks (data entry, records, documents, payment tracking support)</li>
<li>Coordinating with the centre manager on daily operations and improvements</li>
<li>Helping keep the centre organised, presentable, and running efficiently</li>
</ul>
