We are a International Freight Forwarding Company looking for customer service representatives to handle shipping and logistics workscope. Our company deals with customers and agents all around the world hence candidates should possess good English communication skills and must the ability to work in a fast paced, constant changing industry. Our office is located in Kelana Jaya with easy access to public transportation and plenty of parkings nearby.
Primary Responsibilities
1) Communicate with Customers and Agents all around the world
2) Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading and invoices
3) Coordinate shipments with the customers, custom brokers, truckers and more
Qualifications and Skills
1) Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in the logistic industry, preferably the freight forwarding industry
2) Must be able to speak and write in English well. Bahasa Melayu and Chinese would be a plus point
3) Able to think logically and has great problem solving skills
4) Possess great IT skills
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6) Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience
