Job Description

  

  1. Handle and administer payroll processing inclusive of statutory bodies for payment, such as taxes, social security, pension funds, and other legally required employee benefits.
  2. Manage and administer claim processing, benefit enrolment, leave records, attendance, medical records and other related information.
  3. Develop and maintain HR database for employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring smooth HR processes and policies.
  4. Ensure organization adheres to labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. Managing legal issues related to employee contracts, discrimination, and termination.
  5. Plan and arrange training programs through various HR initiatives to ensure new policies and information are implemented and communicated to all employees.
  6. Able to plan and arrange activities to increase satisfaction and improve staff retention.
  7. Ensure licenses and other miscellaneous requirements related to the company’s daily operations are always valid and renewed on time.
  8. To resolve daily workplace issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment to maintain good relationships between employer and employees.
  9. Perform recruitment and hiring:
  • posting job ads on platforms
  • screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • preparing offer letters and employment contracts
  • conducting reference checks

9. Conduct onboarding and offboarding

  • organizing new employee orientation and training for new employees
  • preparing onboarding documents and access (ID, email, HR system logins)
  • ensure new employees are equipped with essential tools and resources to excel in their roles
  • ensuring smooth handovers for resigning employees
  • conducting exit interviews

Note: The job scope may vary from time to time in accordance with the operational needs of the Company. However, any changes or additional responsibilities assigned shall remain within the general scope of the employee’s designation.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a diploma, bachelor degree in business / human resource or equivalent  
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience (employee relations) is required  
  • Independent, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess high level of work commitment 
  • Have good amount of knowledge in latest employment act  
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Must possess own trasport
