Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly, creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment
- Manage patient registration, appointments and scheduling using clinic software
- Handle phone inquiries, WhatsApp messages, emails, and front-desk operations
- Explain and guide patients on available packages
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Manage billing, payment collection, and coordination with panel insurers
- Coordinate with doctors and medical assistants for smooth patient flow
- Assist medical/clinical assistant during busy times
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the consultation rooms and waiting areas
- Be part of our events, wellness programs, and community initiatives when needed
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in healthcare or related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Warm, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous clinic or customer service experience is preferred
- Tech-savvy (Clinic management systems)
