<li>Explain and guide patients on available packages</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and confidential patient records</li>
<li>Manage billing, payment collection, and coordination with panel insurers</li>
<li>Coordinate with doctors and medical assistants for smooth patient flow</li>
<li>Assist medical/clinical assistant during busy times</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and order in the consultation rooms and waiting areas</li>
