The ideal candidate will have at least <strong>3 years of experience in software and enterprise IT solution sales</strong>, with a proven ability to manage existing client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities. This role requires a balance of both <strong>"hunter" and "farmer"</strong> sales skills to support overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.</p>

<h4><strong>1. Sales Execution &amp; Opportunity Development</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage with potential clients through various lead generation methods, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.</li>
<li>Support the execution of sales plans to meet assigned revenue and growth targets.</li>
<li>Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Client Relationship Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver proposals, solutions, and presentations that meet customer requirements.</li>

<h4><strong>3. Account Support and Upselling</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and negotiation of terms.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Market and Product Awareness</strong></h4>

<li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the enterprise IT and telco sectors.</li>
