  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  1. Employee Relations
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain good communication between staff and management.
  • Manage disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.
  1. HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of leave, attendance, medical claims, etc.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analysis.
  • Monitor employment contract expiry, probation evaluations, and confirmations.
  1. Payroll & Benefits
  • Collate and verify monthly attendance and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave, and medical entitlements.
  1. Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory submissions as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HR roles.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
