<li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li>
</ol>

<li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Employee Relations</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement activities and company events.</li>
<li>Maintain good communication between staff and management.</li>
<li>Manage disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>HR Administration</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation of leave, attendance, medical claims, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing HR reports and analysis.</li>
<li>Monitor employment contract expiry, probation evaluations, and confirmations.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Payroll &amp; Benefits</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Collate and verify monthly attendance and overtime records.</li>
<li>Assist in payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave, and medical entitlements.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Compliance &amp; Policies</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in audits and regulatory submissions as required.</li>
</ul>
