Are you a both driven &amp; passionate to drive one of Malaysia's leading distributor of top French and Korean skincare brands with tremendous growth opportunities? If YES, come join our great team!
As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will be responsible to assist the e-commerce manager in maintaining our e-commerce stores, work closely with our e-commerce partners with the goal of developing our amazing beauty brands (which includes I'm From, Dear Klairs, Celimax, Fation, Wellage, Mustela, etc) and growing our sales.
<ul>
<li>Manage daily operations of our e-commerce stores including order processing, logistic and inventory matters;</li>
<li>Ensure all e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory replenishment, adherence to all platform metrics etc.;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide timely and effective customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving pending issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining chat response rate required by the platforms;</li>
<li>Liaise with marketing to handle promotions and social media shoutouts across platforms;</li>
<li>Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.</li>
