Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Lead Qualification & Demo Coordinator to support our sales efforts for the Gebme POS System. Your role is to communicate promptly with potential leads, understand their business needs, explain our solutions briefly, and guide them towards a product demo with the sales team. You’ll be responsible for lead tracking, scheduling demo sessions, and maintaining professional and friendly customer interactions.

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for business owners exploring our POS system.
     
  • Handle customer chats and calls via WhatsApp, phone, or social platforms.
     
  • Understand client needs and guide them through solutions or demo bookings.
     
  • Troubleshoot minor issues or escalate technical problems when needed.
     
  • Communicate clearly in Mandarin and English with empathy and professionalism.
     

Job Requirements

  • Start Date: Immediate or within 2 weeks
     
  • Education: Diploma & above in any field
     
  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) – Mandatory
     
  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or social media handlingPreferred
     
  • Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and good interpersonal skills
     
  • Able to explain product benefits clearly and identify customer needs
     
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple leads at once
     
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn quickly
     
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
