We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Lead Qualification &amp; Demo Coordinator to support our sales efforts for the Gebme POS System. Your role is to communicate promptly with potential leads, understand their business needs, explain our solutions briefly, and guide them towards a product demo with the sales team. You’ll be responsible for lead tracking, scheduling demo sessions, and maintaining professional and friendly customer interactions.

<li>Handle customer chats and calls via WhatsApp, phone, or social platforms. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand client needs and guide them through solutions or demo bookings. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot minor issues or escalate technical problems when needed. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate clearly in Mandarin and English with empathy and professionalism. &nbsp;</li>
