Job Responsibility

<li>Act as a liaison between the F&amp;B department and other internal teams.</li>
<li>Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries on behalf of the F&amp;B department.</li>
<li>Ensure that all communication between F&amp;B staff, suppliers, and management is smooth and efficient.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs (e.g., maintenance, equipment, etc.).</li>
<li>Handling for related agreement/ business license application &amp; renewal.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events or conference matters.</li>
<li>Handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and respond as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain office documents, files, and records.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation of important company information.</li>
<li>Provide clerical support to other departments or team members as needed.</li>
<li>Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.</li>

- 根据需要为其他部门或团队成员提供文书支持
- 完成管理层分配的其他行政任务
