We’re looking for an enthusiastic HRA Assistant – Payroll to join our team and support the Head of HR &amp; Admin in handling payroll and HR-related tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
<ul>
<li>Assist in the end-to-end payroll process — from collecting data to ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records such as overtime, tax details, etc.</li>
<li>Preparepayroll reports and summaries for management review.</li>
<li>Handle employee inquiries about payroll, overtime, claims, and benefits with care and professionalism.</li>
<li>Check and record all staff claims accurately.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies.</li>
<li>Support HR and admin functions when needed — we’re a team that helps each other out! </li>
</ul>
