Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in the full payroll process for all departments
✔️ Verify staff attendance, leaves, overtime, and claims before payroll submission
✔️ Maintain accurate employee records (salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax)
✔️ Process monthly salary payments and ensure statutory compliance
✔️ Prepare and update payroll reports for management
✔️ Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, claims, and deductions
✔️ Support HR administrative tasks such as recruitment, performance, and documentation
✔️ Perform other duties as assigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
✔️ Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
✔️ Good command of Malay and English (spoken & written)
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
✔️ Responsible, accurate, and maintains confidentiality
✔️ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good team player
✔️ Must have valid driving licence and own transport
✔️ Willing to work long hours or on rest days/public holidays when required
