Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll and Analysis Officer/Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring employee attendance, leave, and movements; reviewing and verifying payroll reports; conducting payroll data analysis and monthly variance reporting; maintaining employee records and HR documentation; and supporting daily HR operations while handling employee inquiries. 
Role Description
Payroll Functions
<ul>
<li>Check and monitor employees’ attendance, claims, leave in HR system</li>
<li>Ensure employees’ movement are processed on time (e.g., Confirmations, transfers, resignations, etc)</li>
<li>Review and verify payroll related reports submitted by regional HR</li>
<li>Ensure payroll completed timely and accurate</li>
<li>Provide appropriate payroll advise</li>
</ul>
Payroll Data Analysis
<ul>
<li>Analyse payroll summary report from Regional HR</li>
<li>Prepare and compare monthly reports – Employees’ salary data analysis, average cost per headcount and variance reports by regional</li>
</ul>
Employees’ Data Maintenances
<ul>
<li>Update and maintain employees’ records in HR system</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and transactions</li>
<li>Ensure documents and reports are filled in an orderly and timely manner</li>
<li>To assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties such as filling, documentations, letter preparation, updating and maintaining staff’s personal data.</li>

Ad Hoc
