Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operation Coordinator to oversee and support day-to-day business and warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing inventory and logistics processes, assisting in customer and vendor communications and ensuring operational efficiency across the business.

  • Coordinate daily business operations between sales, warehouse, logistics and management teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely product publishing and inventory updates across all platforms.
  • Assist in managing customer and supplier relationships, including follow-ups, order tracking and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports and documents.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks, project coordination and business development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, logistics coordination or warehouse administration preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and well-organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel.
