Position: Sales Executive

High Earning potential: up to RM 4,000 to 10,000+ On-Target-Earnings (RM 2.3K fixed base pay)

Office Location (KL): Suite 2.03, Level 2, Wisma E & C, No.2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.

Hybrid work model: flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Job Description:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase company sales volume.
• Conduct proactive outreach to establish and strengthen relationships with business customers in Singapore, building a reliable and loyal client base.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential leads within target markets.
• Handle inbound leads, ensuring responsive and professional communication with all business customers.
• Present Gogoprint’s products and unique value proposition effectively to prospective clients.
• Gather and understand customer requirements via phone and email, providing guidance on printing products to meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver customized quotations based on customer specifications.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to secure business.
• Accurately record all interactions and sales information in the CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage timelines, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager to support overall team objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in sales 
• Able to support the Singapore market, build relationships with top-tier SME clients and grow multiple accounts 
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Active listening and negotiation skills 
• Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not required
