Job Summary: &nbsp;
The Junior IT/HR Executive will play a dual role, providing essential support to both the Information Technology and Human Resources departments. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to both the technological efficiency and employee experience of the company. &nbsp;
Key Responsibilities: IT Support (approx. 50%)
● Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.&nbsp;
● Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.&nbsp;
● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.&nbsp;
● Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols.&nbsp;
● Assist with inventory management of IT assets.&nbsp;
● Document IT procedures and user guides.&nbsp;
● Escalate complex IT issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.&nbsp;

HR Support (approx. 50%)
● Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.&nbsp;
● Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.&nbsp;
● Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).&nbsp;
● Assist with payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.&nbsp;
● Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures.&nbsp;
● Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.&nbsp;
● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.&nbsp;
● Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed. &nbsp;
