Job Responsibilities:
·       Develop training materials for new models and specific technical courses.
·       Organize, conduct, and deliver training and assessments to fleet customers, service personnel and Technicians.
·       Collect feedback from trainees and service managers about training courses for further improvement.
·       Ensure dealers’ Technicians &amp; service personnel have all necessary trainings and certification requirements.
·       Ensure dealers’ best service quality by providing timely / up-to-date training according to market trend/requisition.
·       Provide technical resolution and support to dealers, fleet customers, and internal department via online and/or on-site. (Including: technical investigation, root cause analysis and propose countermeasure).
·       Analysis of key market indicators (warranty, VOC, DMS data etc.) to identify/early detection of vehicles’ quality/technical issues.
·       Collect customer/market feedback on the product quality issue and report to relevant parties for rectification, countermeasure action &amp; product improvement activity.
·       To implement and provide technical administration/information for dealers which included service/technical information and bulletin, field report and countermeasure action plan deployment.
·       Ensure dealer and customer satisfaction by providing excellent field service and technical advice.
·       Plan and perform dealer’s workshop improvement activity in term of operations.
·       Plan and perform Workshop Tools and Equipment audit at service dealers.
·       Representative for the company in dealing with Headquarters in terms of Technical related matter.
·       Prepare, analyze and monitor dealer KPI report.
·       Support for any company event which is related to operations and explanation.
·       Plan and control section budgeting.
·       Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
·       Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
