Job Description

• Oversee and manage all activities related to acquiring direct dialogue supporters.  
• Lead and direct a growing team of Direct Dialogue staff providing clear guidance ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.  
• Supervise train coach and enhance the skills of staff involved in the Direct Dialogue program.  
• Regularly assess and update training modules as needed to maintain high training standards.  
• Implement and enhance staff retention and rewards programs.  
• Create distance management tools to foster staff motivation and growth.  
• Focus on high-performing target groups and carry out performance evaluations for those underperforming.  
• Proactively track key performance indicators and leverage results to inform strategy aiming to enhance areas with significant growth potential.  
• Collaborate with relevant members of the Fundraising Team to effectively monitor donor conversion rates and experiment with strategies for improvement.

Job Requirements

Education: 

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing Business Administration Management Information Systems Communication or a related discipline.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fundraising or direct sales roles.
• At least 2 years’ experience in leading and managing sales teams.
• Proven track record in managing significant budgets and achieving income targets.
• Experience in field marketing face-to-face sales or fundraising is preferred.
• Background in collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in budget forecasting and preparation of annual budgets.
• Experience in a charity or non-profit setting is a plus.

Functional Skills:

• Familiarity with project and budget management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing project budgets.
• Understanding of forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
