BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the agency's services and build brand awareness.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  Knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude towards achieving results.
