πŸ“Œ Role Overview
● Support our Central Distribution Team in onboarding, managing, and offboarding our host's properties across our internal systems and external distribution platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
● Ensure that our host's homes are presented in an appealing yet accurate way on every distribution channel, including writing descriptions and optimising content.
● Execute bulk changes or update processes to keep up with ever-changing requirements.
● Work on special projects and tasks in collaboration with other departments, such as Pricing, Finance, or Marketing.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
βœ… Checking listings at the end of the onboarding process to ensure accuracy.
Example: A listing has been created, and you will need to check if the details such as the layout, bank acc number, VAT ID, etc.
βœ… Assist the Central Distribution Team in either onboarding or offboarding listings to and from various distribution platforms.
Example: Connect rentals to our system and set it up to be listed.
βœ… Managing and maintaining visibility of property listings.
Example: Running daily checks on listings that have been flagged and appealing for the ones that cannot be relisted.
βœ… Collaborate with local teams to ensure quality issues have been resolved.
Example: Follow up on open cases to ensure the local team provides documents showing issues have been resolved to succeed in maintaining listing visibility.
βœ… Execute bulk changes to keep up with ever-changing requirements.
Example: Updating details on individual listings such as pricing, discounts, bank or tax details, etc.

πŸ”ΈThe internship is expected to start in January and last for a minimum of 5 months.Β 

Β πŸ”Έ This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
