Key Responsibilities

<li>Greet spa guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression</li>
<li>Manage spa bookings, appointments, and cancellations using the booking system</li>
<li>Provide accurate information on spa treatments, packages, products, and promotions</li>
<li>Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email</li>
<li>Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and card transactions</li>
<li>Coordinate with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with hotel and spa policies, procedures, and hygiene standard</li>
</ul>
