Key Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage spa bookings, appointments, and cancellations using the booking system
• Provide accurate information on spa treatments, packages, products, and promotions
• Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and card transactions
• Coordinate with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with hotel and spa policies, procedures, and hygiene standard

Working Conditions

• Indoor spa and reception environment
• Standing and sitting for extended periods
• Interaction with international guests

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa reception preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and experience with booking
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Work Schedule

• Morning Shift: 10:00 - 8:00PM
• Night shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• 2 days off a week (Weekdays)
