This includes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for UK operations, preparing monthly P&amp;L forecasts and annual budgets to support the Business Plan, and overseeing the preparation of audited financial statements at the entity level. The role also involves liaising with joint venture partners on finance-related matters and ensuring compliance with the company’s Limits of Authority (LOA) and the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). &nbsp; KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES&nbsp; <ul> <li>Responsible for the timely preparation and accurate financial reporting for overseas operations in the United Kingdom <ul> <li>Supports the day-to-day finance and administrative tasks</li> <li>Ensure monthly/quarterly reporting is completed on a timely basis, including relevant analytical reviews <ul> <li>Timely and accurate close process and submission to Group Finance for consolidation purposes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies</li> <li>Provide inputs for quarterly and annual reporting requirements</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure all submissions to the relevant authorities are on time and accurate</li> <li>Prepare tax forecast and ensure timely review from tax agents, if required</li> <li>Liaise with relevant tax agents. Manage and resolve tax compliance matters and tax audits (if any). Ensure proper handling of taxation-related submissions and computations</li> <li>Liaise with external auditors with regards to annual statutory external audits and any ad-hoc audits</li> <li>Liaise with internal auditors regarding any internal audit exercises.
