Job Description

1. Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries.

2. Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.

3. Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows.

4. Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.

5. Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports.

6. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows.

2. Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications is an added advantage.

3. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

4. Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context. 

5. Ability to create and organise work documentation.

6. Proactive and driven.

7. Quick-witted charisma. Adaptable to changing customer needs and industry trends.

8. Customer-focused mindset and composed in all situations.

0-1 year of experience in technical support, application engineering, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field

Salary range: SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500
