Job Description

• Provide first-line application support to business users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor, track, and manage support tickets related to:
• CloudApps
• Xilnex POS system
• Metabuyer
• Collaborate with product/application owners and external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of issue resolutions and standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation solutions.
• Support the rollout and updates of new applications by assisting with testing, deployment, and end-user training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently on-site and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with helpdesk systems and service ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
