Job Description

  • Manage and develop assigned distributors to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and business objectives
  • Build strong customer relationships across the automotive aftermarket segment, including workshops, service centers, retail outlets, and fleet customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into key segments such as logistics fleets, modern service chains, and modern trade channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights to support strategic planning and execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to ensure performance
  • accountability.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of sales experience in the automotive lubricants industry; industrial lubricants experience is an advantage
  • Proven track record in managing distributors and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Good understanding of the automotive and lubricants market landscape in Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
