Job Description

    • Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram & XHS inquiries, comments, reviews, WhatsApp messages, etc.
    • To ensure high message responsiveness and customer engagement, as well as ensure achieving the assigned target for appointments inbound via online.
    • To understand customers’ concerns and provide relevant solutions and treatment recommendations via online to foster appointments made.
    • Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.
    • Assist on online campaigns, including idea brainstorming for social media postings, assisting for marketing campaigns IF ANY.
    • Manage monthly reports.

Job Requirements

    • Open to fresh graduates 
    • Candidates that graduated from any background (SPM leavers/Diploma/Degree) 
    • Able to speak, read and write Mandarin
