<li>Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram &amp; XHS inquiries, comments, reviews, WhatsApp messages, etc.</li>
<li>To ensure high message responsiveness and customer engagement, as well as ensure achieving the assigned target for appointments inbound via online.</li>
<li>To understand customers’ concerns and provide relevant solutions and treatment recommendations via online to foster appointments made.</li>
<li>Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.</li>
<li>Assist on online campaigns, including idea brainstorming for social media postings, assisting for marketing campaigns IF ANY.</li>
<li>Manage monthly reports.</li>
