<li>Administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and related structures in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisers.</li>
<li>Draft and review resolutions, minutes, letters, and other fiduciary documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate bank account openings, payments, and investment instructions.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date statutory records and ensure timely filings with relevant authorities (e.g., Labuan FSA, ROC, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new clients, including due diligence and KYC documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor transactions to ensure proper recording and compliance with AML/CFT guidelines.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc administrative or client-related tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate files and records in both electronic and physical formats.</li>
</ul>
