Procurement

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.
• Conduct market research to identify and onboard new suppliers, optimizing sourcing strategies.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and service excellence.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to maximize value for the company.

Sales Support & Client Management

• Assist the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotations, and managing sales documentation.
• Respond to agent inquiries, provide service information, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate sales records and interactions.
• Generate sales reports and track performance metrics for management review.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
