Job Description

• Provide technical expertise on SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and a variety of add-in and integration solutions to assist clients in transitioning to Smart Manufacturing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Support customers through the entire lifecycle, from initial product installation and configuration to troubleshooting and post-sales assistance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive ongoing business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing and Smart Manufacturing.
• Assist in developing and delivering customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Document and share knowledge to improve internal processes and customer support.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and other add-in or integration solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Understanding of Smart Manufacturing concepts and how to integrate digital solutions into traditional manufacturing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
