Job Description

1)Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery status.

2) Managing and coordination shipments, including booking, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery.

3) Preparing and processing shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.

4) Resolving customer complaints and addressing any delivery or logistics challenges effectively.

5) Understanding and applying relevant shipping regulations and international trade rules.

6) Building and maintaining strong relationships with client, providing solutions to their needs.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics
  • Ablility to work independently & responsibly
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English (dealing with China clients)
  • Fast applicants will be given priority
