The Tour Consultant is responsible for engaging leads from social media, website, ManyChat, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries to convert them into bookings for island travel packages. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Key Resposibilities
 Client Consultation &amp; Itinerary Planning
<ul>
<li>Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.</li>
<li>Design, customize, and propose detailed travel itineraries, including tours, accommodations, transportation, and activities, with a focus on travel to Malaysia domestic Island &amp; Ovesea in China .&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and cultural nuances</li>
</ul>
Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (ManyChat, WhatsApp, phone, email).</li>
<li>Follow up on leads to close bookings and collect deposits.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Operational Support Team to ensure seamless booking confirmations and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Utilize the CRM system to track leads, update statuses, and log communications.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Duties:
<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date client records and files.</li>
<li>Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination updates, and health and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li>
</ul>
