Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

● Conduct telemarketing to introduce product and services to potential clients 

● Support basic AI-generated visual or video content for presentations or outreach when required 

● Set appointments with HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) 

● Perform follow-ups with prospects and existing leads 

● Assist in sampling events and customer engagement activities 

● Support sales documentation and reporting when required 

Learning Outcomes: 

● Practical sales communication and negotiation exposure 

● Understanding of B2B sales processes within the HORECA segment 

● Customer relationship management and follow-up discipline 

● Confidence in professional outreach and business conversations 

Requirements: 

● Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields) 

● Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia 

● Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible 

● Able to work both independently and in a team 

● Comfortable with basic digital tools and social media platforms
