As a Sales & Marketing Assistant you'll help build and scale our online presence by creating content, supporting campaigns, and improving customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Handle customer enquiries and order follow-ups across chat, email, and marketplace messages.
• Support basic sales outreach and assist with post-sale communications to improve retention.

Marketing & Content

• Create short social posts, captions, and clear product descriptions that match our brand voice.
• Help plan and execute promotions, newsletters, and simple campaign schedules.

Operations & Insights

• Maintain product listings, update prices and inventory information across platforms.
• Track basic campaign and sales KPIs and prepare short, easy-to-read reports for the team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or equivalent, 0 years experience preferred, comfortable learning on the job.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic digital marketing knowledge, including social media posting and simple ad concepts.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify, and basic Excel skills.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple small tasks with a helpful attitude.
