Job Description

1) Recruitment Support:

• Post job advertisements and manage applications.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and contracts.

2) Payroll Assistance:

• Collect and organize payroll data such as timesheets and leave records.

3) Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts, letters, and memos.
• Reply HR related enquiries

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, speaking and listening for English and Malay.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communication and supporting multilingual employees.
• Diploma/ Degree in HR Management, Psychology or relevant course
• Enjoy challenge and fast paced environment
• Committed, disciplined, and have a strong sense of responsibilities
