<h2>Industry: Beauty &amp; Personal Care Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage the Director’s calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.</li>
<li>Handle confidential business correspondence, including supplier and distributor communications.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to product development, production schedules, and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Liaise with production, R&amp;D, and sales teams to support the Director in cross-departmental coordination.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking project timelines, regulatory submissions (e.g. NPRA, Halal, etc.), and product launch milestones.</li>
<li>Organize travel arrangements for trade shows, supplier visits, and industry events.</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems for product specifications, certifications, and vendor contracts.</li>
<li>Support administrative tasks such as invoice processing, stock requisitions, and office supply management.</li>
<li>Uphold discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business and personal matters.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for supplier coordination.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
