Job Description

Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential business correspondence, including supplier and distributor communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to product development, production schedules, and marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with production, R&D, and sales teams to support the Director in cross-departmental coordination.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, regulatory submissions (e.g. NPRA, Halal, etc.), and product launch milestones.
  • Organize travel arrangements for trade shows, supplier visits, and industry events.
  • Maintain filing systems for product specifications, certifications, and vendor contracts.
  • Support administrative tasks such as invoice processing, stock requisitions, and office supply management.
  • Uphold discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business and personal matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for supplier coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
