<li>Responsible for executing all activities related to the program/project.</li>
<li>Ensure the swift, efficient, and high-quality execution of all programs, maintaining a success rate of over 90% across the board. </li>
<li>Coordinates every aspect of program execution, prioritizing adherence to timelines and ensuring that all program plans are either executed ahead of schedule or within the designated time frame. </li>
<li>Coordinate and conduct comprehensive program meetings, diligently documenting proceedings to ensure clear communication and accountability among stakeholders. </li>
<li>Prioritize keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and updated on program progress, milestones, and any pertinent developments, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the process. </li>
<li>Ensures the seamless and successful implementation of all programs, driving organizational objectives forward with precision and excellence.</li>
</ul>
Impact Management
<ul>
<li>Collect and constantly update data for impact management.</li>
<li>Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection.</li>
<li>Document and report all programs as required.</li>
<li>Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference.</li>
<li>Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework.</li>

Resource Development
<ul>
<li>Contribute support to all resource development efforts for the brand. </li>
<li>80% of targeted research work met for program development.</li>
<li>Contribute to native communications contents. </li>
</ul>
Outreach and Community Building
<ul>
<li>Expand brand’s participation or audience pool.</li>
<li>Ensure all program attendance quotas are met.</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and provide strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.</li>

General Management
<ul>
<li>Contribute to Impact Malaysia programming and execution.</li>
<li>Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Practice consistent quality control of finance, administration, systems, and resource management needed to achieve the business unit’s goals.</li>
<li>Assist in the management of Impact Integrated’s digital storage system and digital production assets, and ensure all files and assets are properly documented, and archives taken care of </li>
<li>Manage capacity building for self in consultation with supervisor and expected to coach and share knowledge with fellow team members to enhance productivity and efficiency. </li>
<li>Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Communications &amp; Government Affairs
<ul>
<li>Ensure clear communications to the public on programs and social impact contents within the stakeholders compliance. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Government Affairs for consulting the Government related matters and compliances as well as other related tasks to Government Affairs. </li>
<li>Ensure all the routine reports are accurate and accessible for management view. </li>
<li>Communications and meetings with government agencies.</li>
<li>Coordinate reports and submissions to Kementerian Belia &amp; Sukan and other government agencies. </li>
