About Us

Program Delivery &amp; Coordination - Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of youth development programs, workshops, and outreach events. - Support coordination across multiple program tracks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. - Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to secure venues, materials, and speaker/facilitator arrangements. - Assist in documenting meeting minutes, tracking deliverables, and updating implementation plans. 
Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain proactive communication with beneficiaries, community leaders, and program partners. - Support the onboarding and coordination of volunteers, interns, and facilitators involved in program activities. - Ensure stakeholders and participants receive timely updates and assistance. 
Event Execution &amp; Logistics - Manage day-of event responsibilities including registration, setup, logistics flow, and post-event reporting. - Work with asset management and procurement teams to ensure resources are prepared and tracked. - Support communications team in capturing and documenting event highlights and materials for media, reporting, and social media when required. 
Documentation &amp; Reporting - Compile reports and feedback from each program cycle, including attendance lists, photos, and impact insights. - Ensure accurate recordkeeping of program documents, proposals, budgets, and execution plans. - Assist in preparation of presentation decks, proposals, and communication outputs as needed.
