The Sales Manager is accountable for managing the successful execution of Incora sales initiatives, policies and programs for a specific location, in support of business plans and strategic objectives; and for pursuing new business to meet annual Company goals.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Define and communicate departmental and company sales objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and maintaining proactive communication with senior leadership.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Build and lead the sales team through structured coaching, weekly performance reviews, and individualized development plans.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Drive sales performance by developing strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts and proactively identifying, proposing, and negotiating value-added sales and service opportunities.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Champion a culture of customer focus and professionalism, building and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships with key customers and potential clients.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring effective cost management.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee team workflow, setting priorities, managing resources, and ensuring seamless coordination among all the related teams.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to convert sales leads into profitable, long-term customer relationships.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, supplier offerings, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with customer approvals, contractual obligations, and quality standards, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving process enhancements and best practice adoption within the Sales function.</li>
