Job Description

 As an Event Marketing Manager at Incubase Studio, you will oversee the entire marketing team and lead the development of strategies to promote events and exhibitions. Your role will focus on understanding IP (Intellectual Property) and leveraging it to create impactful marketing campaigns. You will ensure seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies aligned with IP themes and audience engagement goals.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team to align marketing efforts with project execution and budgeting.

Campaign Oversight:

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (offline, digital, social media, email, etc.) to drive event attendance and engagement.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect IP understanding and brand consistency.

Team Leadership:

• Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team on exhibition layouts and the Operations Team on execution.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Gather attendee feedback to improve future events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, with a focus on IP-driven campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
• ⁠Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Enthusiasm for anime, Japanese pop culture and international films is a plus point.
