Responsibilities

<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic hiring plans.</li>
<li>Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and career fairs.</li>
<li>Draft, publish, and manage compelling job advertisements.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.</li>
<li>Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and competencies.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.</li>
<li>Prepare and present hiring reports, recruitment dashboards, and analytics to management.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</li>
