Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities.
• Present company products or services to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
• Participate in networking events, meetings, and business presentations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to work on weekend.
