The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company’s production progress.&nbsp;

Main Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support request and system-related questions over the phone and by email.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Resolve client’s technical issues in a timely and professional manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for software issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Remotely connected to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software-related issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform data migration works and conduct product training to end user, when necessary.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Involve in ad-hoc project and pre-implementation discussions.&nbsp;</li>
