This role expected an equipped technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>1)</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Primary<br></strong>Familiar with either one of the following functions:</div><ul><li><strong>VoIP </strong>- Designs, tests, installs and maintains both local VoIP systems in business and large networks that covers relevant regions</li><li><strong>VMware</strong> - Use software from VMware to virtualize Windows servers and connect them to networks and clouds. Design and implement VMware solutions, troubleshoot VM environment problems, and provide technical support.</li><li><strong>Server (Active Directory) </strong>- Install Active Directory program, configuring domains within the tool, and managing the directory services across a variety of Windows servers. The career typically requires extensive experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft products</li><li><strong>Storage</strong> - Handle and maintain data storage's engineering process, including building strategies and planning and implementing solutions for storage and maintenance of data and backing it up off-premises.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>2)</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Secondary</strong></div><ul><li>Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP</li><li>Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation</li><li>Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maxismise network efficiency and security</li><li>Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting</li><li>Arranging scheduled upgrades and investigating faults in the network</li><li>Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases</li><li>Reporting network status to key stakeholders&nbsp;</li></ul> </div></p>
