Job Purpose

To manage the procurement process and provide production input for Point-of-sale-Material (POSM), displays, and campaign setups. This role ensures optimal vendor sourcing, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between creative intent and production feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating and managing vendors for printing, fabrication and material supply related to POSM and retail display projects.
• Review and analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Coordinate closely with Creative team, Ops team, and Structural teams to align production specifications with campaign requirements.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed materials, designs, or construction methods during pre-production stages.
• Monitor production timelines and provide guidance to ensure on-time delivery and smooth installation.
• Conduct site visits or supplier inspections to verify quality standards and production progress.
• Maintain a reliable database of preferred vendors, materials, and price benchmarks.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and recommend alternative solutions when needed.

Job Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in procurement, production, or fabrication within the marketing, activation, or POSM industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, printing processes, structural assembly, and production lead times.
• Good negotiation skills, cost sensitivity, and supplier relationship management.
• Able to read and understand structural drawings or dielines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quotation documentation.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Design or any related field.
• Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
